HOW IT STARTED

The Kaizen Volleyball Academy began on April 15, 2023, in the isolated area of Mayao Parada. This academy was established with the vision of developing volleyball talent in a focused and nurturing environment. The founders saw a need for a space where players could train intensively, away from distractions, allowing them to hone their skills and achieve their potential.

Starting from a humble location in Mayao Parada, the academy quickly garnered attention due to its commitment to excellence in coaching and training. The name “Kaizen,” which refers to the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, reflects the academy’s core values of persistent growth and mastery in volleyball.

Despite its initial isolation, the academy’s reputation grew as it provided a platform for both amateur and competitive players to learn the game at a high level. Over time, Kaizen Volleyball Academy became a beacon for aspiring athletes in the region, offering not just training but also a supportive community that encouraged players to push their limits.

Sulit po dito sa kaizen kasi gamit palang po kumpleto na at maaayos pa. Lalo na po yung program super worth it, madami po ako natutunan dito like yung proper way ng paglalaro po. Madami din po ako nameet na players na naging kaibigan ko😊😊Mababait pa ang coaches very approachable.

thisss camp teach me more than I expected, sobrang galing ni coach mag turo hindi nya kame tinitipid sa training kahit late na yung bayad, makita kalang ni coach na nag iimprove sobrang saya na ni coach, and grabe yung effort na binibigay samin ni coach para lng matutukan kame, rating this camp is more than infinity
